On the surface, Incorruptible Computers are like normal computers, but under the bonnet, they are tuned for speed and locked down so that the operating system, programs and settings never change (unless you want them to).

This is the same for all of the folders. The deleted files simply become invisible to you, yet the data stays in the folder! Folders can invisibly grow to hundreds of megabytes in size, even though they look to be empty. Just imagine if hackers got into all that information or what about all those undetected viruses and spies that could be laying dormant in those folders! This can explain why the email program often becomes slow and unstable over time. To test this, empty you inbox and then have a look at the size of your seemingly empty Inbox file, by doing a search on your computer for Inbox.dbx. Upon startup of the email program, the missing folder is regenerated from scratch and is then only has a few kilobytes in size.
